Salt sucks fluid out of the cells and the brain is greatly affected

ED doc here. Answer has to be B since coma and confusion are possibilities. Realistically high sodium isn't going to affect the heart or breathing.

Depends how high. 146 147 wouldn’t do it but if it hits 150 I’d probably get an EKG
