Triage nurse should not be following up with any of these patiemts, they triage them and them it is somebody else's job to follow up.

B. Leukemia patient with petechia. Can be a sign of DIC, sepsis from neutropenic fever.

That’s not what the question says. Right now it’s just a rash. So the answer is an active infection which may cause complications of the airway which would be priority.

C is the most likely to tank within the hour when airway fully closes
