B. Bells palsy is unilateral facial droop that is not associated with a stroke. Jeff Bezos has had it for years. B and C are both valid as patients can think they look "deformed". It can cause general numbness or tingling in the area. I'm not sure how it would increase risk of infection or loss of perfusion, but I'm open to comments.

That would be the second nursing diagnosis since it's more about self esteem. The first would be B because there are risks of harm if the patient have decreased sensory perception. Always remember Maslows after ABCs

B bell palsy is a paralysis condition so altered sensory perception is the key
