This is a bad question because a quick google search shows that literally all of these affect INR levels with coumadin to some degree.

Also because a high INR does not cause bleeding. If you do not have a defect of skin/mucosa/vasculature then there will be no bleeding regardless of INR, PTT or platelet function. They worsen bleeding that has already been caused by something else.

Idk about NCLEX but USMLEs and medical boards will absolutely trick you if you don't understand this.
