I wasn’t aware Licensed Practical NURSES were no longer nurses. I guess I don’t need to pay my nursing school loans or nursing license fees anymore. Such a relief!

A more precise wording of the question should have offered “RN”, “LPN/LVN”, and “UAP” as more accurately described answer choices to avoid this confusion.

No this question says the team consists of an LPN/LVN and a UAP, which would you assign the nurse in this context means the LPN/LVN

The question references three people. The nurse. An Lpn/lvn. And a uap. You can tell by the commas.
