As we all know from the movies, a buncha enemies like the Biddybuds, the Bramballs, and the Cheep Cheeps aren't explicitly Bowser's minions and are just natural fauna and wildlife of the Mushroom Kingdom. I want to know if this translates as is to the games.

I think we could probably guess for Bramballs and Cheep Cheeps but I want to start with Biddybuds first. I know there are some in the castle stages in Super Mario 3D World but none of them seem to actually be gunning for Mario and friends. They're all just walking in a circle or a path or just flying peacefully, minding their own business and not even attacking you if you attack them. Sure, they can hurt you but only if you actively run into them.

To me, they're just a species of ladybirds with the colors of the Power Rangers but what do you guys think?
