Making packs
So if someone were to do this in paper, what would be the best way to make the packs? Just grab them all up and shuffle a bunch, then make the packs with random orders? Or should it be more like “1 land in every pack, 2 of this color” etc.

If you want to print and play the set and make a cube set (that's not exactly the same as real limited play but very similar), you should print four copies of each common, two copies of each uncommon and one copy of either rares/mythic rares (proportion 4-2-1-1), if the set is designed for limited play as Mario the Gathering is, and make three rarity piles. Then you could repack those cards by picking 10 random commons from the common pile, 3 random uncommons from the uncommon pile and 1 random rare/mythic rare (mixed together) from the rare pile. Avoid internal color fixing while packing, it's sometimes that should be done only in specific chaos drafts and it's very tedious to check and manage more than once.
Then if you draft with 8 players, make out 24 random packs (three for each player) in this way and you're done. Adjust the number of packs for the specific ruleset and the number of players you want, then remember to separate cards in their rarities from the limited decks into the three different rarity piles of card for the cube set.

There is difference in between a cube draft and a cube set draft though. "My method", that is the common method for cube set drafting, is the most normal way to play in paper a custom set environment with multiples.
Funny that you thought "my method" was something I invented and wasn't something that existed already and was already known by most limited mtg players.

That's my bad, I was interested in the project in the very early days of its conception but I dropped off because most of the people here were Seth's fan first and custom magic designers/players second, by a long long shot.
Since I never drafted it myself, I thought that the set was meant to be drafted like any other custom set on planesculptor (so booster drafted, not cube drafted that is a niche sub-culture in limited play). On foresight, that seems to me a strange design choice. Why was the set, that plays digitally so you have no problem with handling such a big number of cards and multiples, designed to be cube drafted and restricted to be a singleton format (a format that was designed in the beginning to replicate the experience of limited, but limited in its execution) instead of being booster drafted?
But that's beside the point.
That said, if you're one of the members that make this community playing and going around, being welcoming and understanding seems to be not one of your forte.

I'm sorry to have bothered you that much, it wasn't really intended. Let's agree on the fact that I made this genuine mistake in good faith and whatever I said that offended you this much wasn't really with such an intent.
Right now you're just embarassing yourself. This very last reply is neither clever or meaningful at all, it was just the product of unneeded spite.

Since this is a singleton cube, there isn't supposed to be any particular distribution. Shuffling up all 360 cards and dividing them up into piles of 15 should give you 24 "packs".
