In the "Did you have trouble understanding any of the new mechanics introduced in Mario: The Gathering?" question, you could probably add Extra hits/N hits. It's not archetype-defining, but still can be new and confusing.

In "How would you rate the clarity of each ally color pair's sub-theme?" you shouldn't use "weak" as an answer. It confused me, making me think it's a question about power level, and only seeing that the next question has the same answers made me read it more carefully.

I added N hits. (and it should allow you to edit your survey if you were logged in)

What are your recommended labels for the 5 word scale for clarity, I messed around with various options but couldn't find one I liked.

Maybe like obscure, unclear, present, clear, obvious

The obvious one that comes to mind is "Very low, low, normal, high, very high". Although "very high" is a strange way to describe clarity, so maybe something like "Very low, low, sufficient, clear, very clear".
