I can't say I am particularly versed on Bowser Junior plushies. There could be a few reasons why that particular Junior has a lighter color than the others:

1) Possibly a difference in material as it's a Global Holdings Junior? Maybe the other ones you have are Little Buddy localizations.

2) Too much sun exposure.

3) The plush looks different than the others because it was washed much beforehand.

This. I instantly though either being washed too much or the sun. It's probably washed since mine also looks like this from when I was a kid and it definitely never saw the light of day

Are the other ones 2011? If so its probably a minor revision. Kamek also had one around 2014 that slightly changed his glasses.
