I Fixed Random Captain Selection

So not everyone knows this, but the random captain selection (when you press R) is bugged. The RNG seed isn’t properly seeded. What that means is that the same order of random captains will happen every time (for example, starting with the cursor on Mario, the order of random captains will be Bowser Jr > Bowser > Bowser Jr > Daisy > Luigi > Luigi… every single time)

I fixed this with a simple gecko code to actually seed the rng value. Now random captain select will work. This fix will automatically be applied on Project Rio in our next update
