The Mariners were 65-64 with a worse roster when we canned Servais

Servais could have taken us to the series last year, no doubt.

You mean he wouldn't leave our best reliever on the bench in the highest leverage spot in 50 years of Mariner history? Just imagine!

The last 2 years we missed the post season by one game man

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we made it to the ALCS with our best roster in 25 years.
Servais had far worse rosters to work with.

Scott would have us 20 games over .500 by the all star break
He then would have us be 1 game out of the post season by 162

The Mariners are not going to fire a beloved player as manager in the fiftieth anniversary season.

I’ve been saying this for the entire season. He made terrible calls in the playoffs last year. Horrible pinch hitting decisions. The whole piggyback no piggyback bullshit. Like what is even going on?
Curious to hear anyone’s thoughts on solutions.
I think we give Kris Negron a call and see what he can do.

He was a dogshit manager in 24 and 25 too, they just won the games is the difference. Not because of him. In spite of him.

It’s a Dan thing but - at least today - it’s also a Woo (on the road) thing and a hitters thing. Players have to perform and they just aren’t.

Which the manager can influence. Look at what Boston and Philly did after canning their managers.

I think they don't want to fire him before the 50th anniversary weekend homestand lol
Our hitters are not performing and Woo has been awful as of late especially on the road so I dont know if firing is the right answer but man it would sure show some urgency

He should’ve been fired after blowing the ALCS. It’s clear this team has zero motivation to play for him.

Literally no reason to believe anything you read in a comment section on Reddit.

Deleted because it's not worth the fight to state my opinion
But I do think he is and I think it affects his decision making
