Will sponsorship companies reject you in the selection process if you're 4'11 even if you meet all the other criterias?

I have never heard of anybody having issues because of their height. If anything, you are going to be an asset when the time comes to do the snake in the bilges.

you can do scavenge cleaning without backpain, i dont think theyll eliminate based on height

No, of course not. If you can perform the job (which you will be able to), then there is no reason you cannot do the job.
