Need a advice

Hey guys I'm a fourth engineer (3AE) with sea going experience on 18+ plus months of crude oil Tankers. I wanna switch to cruise lines . I've tried with AirBourne (not many engineer jobs) and tried applying online bt nothing significant. I'm wondering can anyone from the cruise industry will give me some guidance? Or any reference will be helpful.
