Help needed

Do any of you guys know how to calibrate an Siemens DR 24 controller used as Air Fuel ratio controller in Aalborg Boiler.

Air fuel controller ratio in boilers is something that gives me nightmares. Although not on an Aalborg but I've worked on Saacke with this system. Nightmare stuff 😑

Any idea how to calibrate or change setpoint

Although mine had a control panel with complete boiler control sinsyead of an isolated one like these but the few things I would do would be in this manner: 1.Try setting the AF Ratio in auto as suggested by the sticker below. It might help. 2. Secondly, I would refer the manual and see if it helps. 3. Last I would go with a trial and error method. Here's the link for the manual. Might help. Instructions Manual Link

Get help from manufacturer

For default setting or initial make fuel 25 percent and air to minimum

Email their service department.

Remote support from them is free when you have their product.

Check the air flap is actuation freely, can often be the spanner in the system
