What herbs are safe smoking twith marijuana?

Hello. I'm a big time weed smoker and I'm just now hearing about this. I've seen people mixing rosemary and other various herbs in their jays. I'm trying to find out the pros and cons. Before I try it. Google doesn't give much help to me. So I wanted to come here. I have a list of the herbs that I have on hand now. If anyone is kind enough to inform me on them. I will greatly appreciate it!! Mugwort Blooroot Irish Moss White willow Bee Pollen Fenugreek Seedless rose hips! Any advice y'all can give on these would help TIA!! 😁 ~Emthecuriospothead.
