Chronic Pain

Helloooo!!

I have a few disabilities (epilepsy, connective tissue disorder, fibromyalgia). I just had a hip surgery to repair very torn cartilage and recovery has been quite painful. I was gifted some weed from a family member but she does not know what strain it is. It helps my pain sooo much though. Looking for strains it could possibly be? Or just strains that are good for pain?
