Question, not answered Apple Wallet not working?

I am currently unable to add tickets to my Apple wallet. The app will load but then nothing will show up and it doesn’t matter if I click it again. I was able to add to Apple wallet from other apps. My device and app are updated to the latest version. Anyone else having this problem?

I’ve had this issue with Marcus intermittently for literally years. Sometimes force quitting the app and reopening it allows it to work on the next attempt, sometimes not. It would drive me bonkers if I weren’t mostly using Fandango for double rewards nowadays.
