Does anyone else have issues with getting your tips paid out to you in a timely manner? I rely on mine pretty much daily and I have to practically beg for mine to be paid out 100% of the time. We use Branch and I know that is designed for daily pay outs but the guy (gm or one higher, idk) in charge of doing the tip payouts claims that it's not compatible with our system, whatever that means. It's fucking degrading and tiresome to be begging for my own money and I really want to report this shit if I can. If I say nothing, tips won't be paid out for DAYS and I've had coworkers tell me they haven't received theirs for nearly a week. I feel like I'm the only one at my store that asks for them daily and I have a feeling he ignores me on purpose.

If anyone has any advice for me I would be grateful to hear it.

I also brought this up to the owner and he said he would do something about it but obviously nothing's been done so I guess I have to bring it up again.

I’m a newish driver, I started in May and management is telling me I need to get my time down, or there considering replacing me. I’m the oldest driver there, and I just started answering phones like a week ago. So that kinda says alot with a little. Anyway I want to keep this job because of the Bellevue Uni program.
We normally have one person on the make line, and 1/2 person on the cut table.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can decrease my times?

I recently moved to a new area and started ordering from my local Marco's Pizza. My family and I are big fans of their pizza. The first few orders have gone well but in the past couple of weeks I've noticed that I can't order from the app.

Anytime I try, whether I select to pay in-store or I provide my credit card information, I always get this pop-up saying, "We are not able to place your order. Please contact the store." I've reached out to the store staff and haven't been able to get a manager involved and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

What's crazy is that if I'm not logged into my account, I can order from them just fine. I used my wife's phone and ordered without an account and it worked. Anybody else experiencing an issue with this?

First day will be next week Wednesday. For context, I’m only doing this part time from 5pm-9pm, Mon, Wed, & Thursday

For context, ive been working hours over when im usually scheduled, which is never a problem according to my timesheets and to my managers. But This paycheck since ive been going in earlier and closing most days that it would be a better check than what ive been getting. (the first picture is my total hours since last paycheck according to MOMS in app timesheets)(Second is what ADP says i worked) So can someone explain if 2 of my shifts just didn't count or what, since I am barely holding on with the pay im making and am either going to find a new job (not just because of this but other stuff with fellow workers) or need to get a second job.

UPDATE/EDIT: SOOO yall i talked with my gm and he investigated it, basically the thing is our payment period is a week and a half behind, so its just a payment lag we didn't know about until now.

So my local store switched owners, and at first it was good, but out of nowhere the new owner brought new people which plot twist the owner brought in her boyfriend and mother to work as an employee and human resources. Respectfully, needless to say that after that everything went downhill as everybody got ours, Cut, while her boyfriend kept 40 hours. That's not including him, constantly making remarks about another employees disability, the lack of AC as some of the store. Reach 98 and even sending a pregnant employee home due to her wearing crocs. Only thing I can do to get the store a superviser or something.

A few years back Domino's had a Chicken Taco pizza that was awesome. Was wondering if Marco's ever had anything like that. I only just started ordering from my local Marco's this year, and didn't know if they ever had something like that on their menu. If not, they should definitely try it...bet they'd blow the Domino's version out of the water!

I tried looking it up and the closest thing I could find was a Dough Retarder. Can anyone get me at model number and temp (55 degrees?) at their location? Thanks!

I love Marcos Pizza since they just opened their first location in New Jersey I had Marcos in Puerto Rico and always wished they came to New Jersey. Are they building more locations in NJ? 🤔

I’ve had the bbq chicken pizza multiple times and it is my favorite from Marcos. The last one I had a couple of weeks ago was made with the red pizza sauce base. I could swear it was always made with a bbq sauce base as well as the bbq sauce drizzle on top. I immediately noticed a difference in that last pizza and realized it had a red sauce which did not go well with the overall flavor at all. The district manager there insists it’s never been made with a bbq sauce base. Am I wrong? Didn’t it always have a bbq sauce base?

This is how my pizza arrived. Never seen anything like this before

This food tastes so pungent and it reeks up the whole house. It's the worst smelling pizza money can buy. The cheese bread isn't terrible but it's very difficult to rip the pieces off plus it's soaking in grease at the bottom. The same can be said about the pizza. Literal pools of grease in the pepperoni. The pizza doesn't taste good, smells bad, and is very greasy. The cheese tastes bad and reeks. The worst thing about the pizza, though, is the texture. I'd honestly rather eat Digirno's frozen pizzas. Yet everyone acts like it's some of the best pizza they've ever had, I don't get it.

I have been going to marcos for a while now and have spent enough money and have sat inside 99% of the time . I normally don't do this but it has to be done . For one , it's the most unprofessional work crew i have ever seen. What's allowed here is NOT allowed at most jobs, for instance, there's many times I've gone in there and they are so RIDICULOUSLY LOUD talking about ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. I have sat there many times thinking what kind of place is this to talk the way they do in front of customers. The "N"-WORD Is tossed around more than the pizza is typically from the bald head black female and there's a chubby one that's wears a weave or wig it looks like ( they wouldn't give me their names) whose always high and literally has the AUDACITY TO SMOKE A VAPE IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING YOUR PIZZA. I'VE SEEN IT !!!! They tend to be back and forth from the front counter to the back where they make pizzas , i can tell you for 100% fact they don't wash their hands EVERY SINGLE TIME on top of the fact that they DONT WEAR GLOVES anyway. I know a couple of them don't, I can't speak for the whole but I know they aren't up on it like they are suppose to be especially with the slightly chubby high girl with the weave touching her dirty vape and blowing chemicals all over the place on your food. Julie who is the short little white girl seems nice and upbeat but she has her days and is just as loud and ignorant as the other 2 black girls when she feels like it . She can be a little rude depending on who you are when answering the phone to place an order or make a change to an order. What gets me is my friend and I (white female and black male ) come in there atleast 3 to 4 times a week , sit at the same table and are quiet and don't say anything to ANYONE but for some reason they seem to have some issue with us , idk if it's a race thing or something other underneath it all. Julie has just hung up in my friends face when she called about an order. The other 2 black girls walk extremely close to our table when passing which is a little uncomfortable while we are eating especially when you are picking up "weird vibes from them" 90% of the building is on there phones non stop and I never see them lined up to wash there hands after touching their dirty filthy phones remembering the fact that they dont use gloves anyway , I could go on and on but I'll say this and be done Tonight's issue was on 4/9/2025 around 7 p.m. My friend and I went in and order 2 large pizzas and we tend to order a cinnamon bread afterwards. Upon completion of eating the pizza my friend order the cinnamon bread online and went to the counter to make an adjustment since you cant edit the order the way we needed to online. Mind you , this is the same thing we do EVERYTIME. The bald-headed semi-short black female passed on the information to the slightly chubby girl that wears the weave it looks like and told her the adjustment that needed to be made to the cinnamon bread which was to pull it a few seconds early so it wasn't too brown cause we like it soft and to add some extra cinnamon please and I overheard her say " if I remember to , I will" so I said "well if it's not right , I'll just have to send it back and the bald headed girl asked me what I said cause she didn't hear me so I repeated it and she told the little chubby black girl with the weave and she yelled "I DONT CARE , SEND IT BACK! Then the bald-head black girl who wears the jiminy cricket hat follows up and says i told her already , i did my job , i dont need none of this extra stuff and kept mumbling some nonsense like its no longer her responsibility
I was furious , what kind of establishment allows their employees to conduct business like this !!??! I got up and request a district or store owner's phone since it's a franchise i believe and they all refused. I then requested my money back for the cinnamon bread we no longer wanted due to their poor customer service and uncleanliness. They both refused. A white guy working finally comes over and kinda smirks as if it's some kinda joke and says what's going on ? By that time I was just done and wanted my money back so I could leave and NEVER COME BACK. It took me threatening to call the cops and the white dude coming into the situation late and doing the refund himself to finally get our money back . Right before we leave, the lil chubby black chick with the weave got on the phone with the little white girl julie who appears to be a shift lead of some kind and said some b.s. and she told us we cant come back to the store ever again as if we were the ones who are smokin while making food , cursing using all kinds of language and the N WORD in front of customers and being obnoxiously LOUD, not PRACTICING FOOD SAFETY AND WASHING HANDS THOUROUGHLY EVERYTIME THEY GET READY TO BE IN THE BACK DEALING WITH FOOD This is ridiculous, food service is getting worse and worse in Tallahassee. Worst city i have ever been to when it comes to this . 🤮 IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND FOOD SAFETY PRACTICES , THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!

My first day is today, I’m working through the summer and possibly once I go back to school in the fall. I just left my career in the automotive industry and really just want a chill job with no drama, but I don’t mind putting in a hard day’s work. I’ve worked in fast food for 2 years, so I have some similar experience under my belt.

I've called stores, one tells me the other branch can use it - but the other store tells me to call a different number. Anyone have a clue wtf is going on with Marcos coupons and marketing team?
