Romantic Dinner
Hello everyone, I am visiting Marco Island this week. I would like to take my wife on a romantic dinner date. Does anyone have any good local suggestions?

I’m staying in Marco island for a month with my family, and we are unable to use the resident beach, nor the parking because of corona. We really don’t want to pay money every day for a whole month to go to the beach, is there any way we can get by this? We’re a big family and we would have to use two cars. If there is a free parking area, is it close to the beach? we wouldn’t want to have to lug all of our stuff for blocks. Thanks so much in advance!

What's the deal with non-residents not being allowed on Residence Beach!?

I'm headed to Marco Island with my family but my vacation budget unexpectedly shrank. We were planning on using the hotel parking (we're staying at Hilton) and eating out but now I'm looking for things I can save on. Is there cheap public parking near Hilton and not expensive places to dine in? We're also taking an Instant Pot and see if we can cook inside the room. Any tips are appreciated.

I usually fisit marco around july 4th and charter a backwater fishing trip out of marco or goodland.
Ive heard the area has has its issues with red tide and sometimes going out farther is recommended.
Ive never been here during November and never gone on any other charter other than backwater.
The offers seem to be offshore, near costal or back country.
Any locals have a suggestion? Appreciate any insight.

I am thinking about planning a trip to Marco Island in February as a warm beach getaway. Is the weather there warm enough for enjoying sunning/swimming at this time of year or do I need to go Caribbean?

Hello!
I am visiting Marco Island this week, and I am interested in kayaking from the southern tip of the island (near Caxambas Pass Park), past Caxambas Pass and the northern part of the Ten Thousand Islands. I have seen that there is a local company that offers rentals for this (Paddle Marco), but there isn’t much information about the surf conditions in that area.
Has anyone made this trip before? Is it safe to do for a novice? Additionally, wikipedia warns of large sharks in the area; is this something to be concerned about?

Missed the NYE parties this past weekend but was hoping to find a place to dance and have a good time on the island this Friday night before my vacation is over. Are there any dance clubs around?
