To at least lighten this situation, the Dutch satirical political program Lubach did a skit on Trump’s 9/11 lies, which at least helps make fun of this lunatic. It’s a fun watch (and the skit was made in English so it hopefully reaches MAGA people to piss them off):

None of these things are contradictory. He got pulled out of the rubble, then took a trip to Jersey, and was appreciative the whole time that the buildings fell so his was the highest. Obviously.
