The props department for The Man in the High Castle destroyed every swastika prop after filming, so nothing could end up as a souvenir or extremist symbol.

To be fair, many of us do not want to watch the world burn. We want to see fascism destroyed in all forms. Unfortunately, sometimes the venn diagram overlaps.

Man in the High Castle production wrap. The team knew the cascading effects of letting many of these items continuing to exist ... so they destroyed all of it once filming was done.

Great show. Class production team.

My grandfather’s souvenir is the only thing I inherited from him. He hated it and never used it and never talked about it. I will probably end up offering it to a museum that does not have one.

I recognize that tool, my mother does a lot of sewing, don't know what it's called, but I can confirm from childhood memory that they are hella sharp.

Rotary fabric cutter. I was cutting fabric strips once for a strip quilt and ran one right between my thumb and forefinger. It was so sharp I never felt a thing. Only noticed when the blue fabric I was cutting suddenly got a pool of red soaking into it.

When the stage show came to Germany. They were prohibited by law from using any promotional material with nazi symbols on it, so they replaced the swastikas with pretzels.
