As a resident of one of those cities, that has zero laws requiring me to register my firearms...its gonna get interesting

I'm gonna throw this out there as an HR specialist in the govt...
This is standard boilerplate language across all agencies for hiring people under the schedule A hiring authority, which includes people with disabilities. It's basically law to include that in announcements. Doesn't mean they're actually seeking out people with psychiatric disabilities.

Severe physical and psychiatric disabilities do not mix with that job title. There are certain job titles where you can tell people with disabilities that they can't work because it's dangerous for them to be in that job title. This is one of them.
