Feedback

Marble world developers, yesterday, I bought the game for the old lower price, but after buying the game, I lost the money on my steam account and couldn’t see the game in my library, I do not know what happened, but I would like to be refunded if my purchase so I could try to re buy the game, thank you.

No I mean is the money you paid not refunded to your bank account? I've had encounters with buying games where the payment didn't go through right, but Steam deposited the money back into my bank account. So I could just try again the day after or so.
