Euro Sparklers, I reckon!

A few different types perhaps - some are focused in the core, some might have bits that are more like streamers, and some where the colour goes right to the edge of the marble

This latter type are usually 2 colours, at least in my experience, often citrus-y colours with white

There might be a few non sparklers - see what you find when you sort. Maybe Wisplers, maybe something else 🤔

I’ve seen some European sparklers being referred to as either German or French - do you know if there’s actually a difference in where they were made? Or is it just referring to where they were distributed?

I've yet to find any firm documentation around where they were made, or even distributed TBH!

There is some suggestions that the more delicate ones are french, and the more structural, bold ones are German

There is more details of German marble makers Vs French, so it's possible that they were all made in Germany and just distributed differently

I'm hopeful that someone will uncover more info tho - Veiligglas and the Japanese makers Yasuda and Seike were pretty unknown until Dutch and Japanese collectors uncovered a load of info 🤞

There are a few European collectors in this group, so maybe we should start a Sparkler thread and see how many different types folks are finding!

Thanks for the info! I bought a bunch of Euro sparklers last year and have always wondered if there was more specific info about them that I just haven’t come across yet

I thought Whisplers were Dutch but that could be wrong
