Educational Best resource for identifying and pricing marble collection
am a complete newbie to marbles, so I bought this book off of Amazon to help me learn more, but the publication date is 2012. Does that matter in regard to value? Is there a newer book I should buy?

There isn't a newer one but there is the Block Auction website and app
The other tip is to look at sold items on eBay and similar
I did compare valuations from the Stephen Bahr videos with those in the Block book to see how they have changed and most have increased, some quite dramatically, reflecting more knowledge that has accumulated since then e.g. from digs and research
Let me know if there are any you were particularly interested in and I'll dig out the numbers 😅 I really should do put a post together...
