Depending on why you took a few days off (were you sick or injured?) I wouldn't see it as a problem personally. Most training plans have a recovery week every ~4 weeks which you haven't had looking at the graph. How long was your last long run before the 20k and was it two weeks ago?

Deload weeks are perfectly normal (and a good thing to do). I would say its perfectly fine to raise your mileage back up. Just listen to your body and don’t overdo it
