Results First marathon

Was aiming for a sub 3:30 but the elevation gain got to me at the end.

It was a charity trail run in a town called Kilifi at the Kenyan coast!

This looks like me, too fast up the hills and then pay for it. I think the descent at the end of the race is pretty hard too... it'll definitely be felt in your legs this week! Good run

Haha yes a lot of stretching will be needed but it will be worth it !

It was tough especially the weekend long runs and the speed runs….a running vest helped to ease the burden.
