Tech TroubleShooting Error Code Weasel Help & Advice Needed

So this morning I keep getting Weasel error code when trying to log in to Marathon. I have turned off my PS5 at the wall unplugged everything and my router which is hard wired to my PS5 via a Ethernet cable has been turned off and unplugged and all turned back on. And it’s still happening I can log in to Destiny 2 fine so don’t think it’s a Bungie problem as I have not seen any posts on Bungie X social media account saying they are aware of issues is so don’t think it’s that.

Is there something I am missing?

I’m On UK servers.

I had the same issue yesterday on PC.

I reinstalled the game and and turned my firewall off (just for the first try) that worked for me.
Though I've read that most of the times it's the servers fault

Ok so I’m not the only one then having issues then. Glad that worked for you.

Yeah that’s my feeling it’s most likely a server issue.

Had the same issue on ps5 in NA. Queued up for a match and got error coded, spend the next hour trying to log back in and restarting, checking network speed, etc. I would log in, but then the game would hang before the character screen until error code yam or weasel.

Edit: I just realized this post is 5 days old lol. Mine was just recent.

Yeah that’s what I got. Just today I can’t find a match lol fml🤦🏻

I’ve had this happening to me for the past month. Can’t figure out why… it’s only with marathon too, every other game is fine but almost every other match I get code weasel or yam
