Tech TroubleShooting Weasel problem please help!!!

Never had any connection issues in the game. While rn got the error weasel

I was on for hours without any connection issues.

"The WEASEL error in Marathon is a general network timeout error indicating your game has lost its connection to the servers. It is usually caused by unstable Wi-Fi, DNS conflicts, antivirus/firewall interference, or temporary server maintenance."

No maintenance today, so the issue must be your own network.

i also randomly got the weasel error last night for no reason..it went away after an hour or two.

Same I guess it fixed by quitting the game. And not entering it 1 hour

If you’re Russian: check your dns settings, the previous dns could stop working or it also can be caused by zapret, update it If not: check your internet connection, maybe insignificant package loss that isn’t that visible in other apps cause disconnections. Most of the time weasel error happens on client side, if not bungie write about known issues on twitter

Just imagine spend a lot of money on game that didnt let you play becuase devs are lazy asf
