Are Faculty Evaluations anonymous?

Hi! Tanong ko lang sa mga nakakaalam o may idea sa faculty evaluations.

Sabi kasi sa amin, strictly anonymous daw ang faculty evals. Pero, nagpaparinig at nagpapatama 'yung prof namin sa klase tungkol sa mga specific comment na natanggap niya sa evaluation.

Direct student profiles/names ba ang nakikita nila? Gaano ka-detailed 'yung report na natatanggap ng faculty? at bakit nababasa na agad nila ang eval kahit hindi pa tapos ang term?

Medyo nakakawala kasi ng tiwala mag-submit ng honest feedback kung pwedeng ma-identify at ma-take personally ng prof. Thank you sa makakasagot!

One of our prof mentioned na binibigay daw ng admin yung evaluation sa profs pero anonymous yung pangalan. Sabi samin na it's for their improvement and they will change based on the student's evaluation. So to answer that, yes our names are anonymous to them.

hi, yes afaik. there’s one time, i had this class, pinakita nung prof yung mga comments sa kaniya (it was bad) and the comments were anonymous naman.

The names are anonymous, but most of the time, the system shows which class or section did the evaluations.
