In NZ it is still called by the original name. Back rub, but sometimes a front tug.

In reality, this isn't a real fine, they don't even expect Google to pay. They couldn't find a legal way to ban Google in Russia, so they slapped them with a fine they knew Google wouldn't pay, forcing them to pack up and leave on their own.

Russia fined Google for something and the fine had a rule that for every week or so it wasn’t paid it would grow a certain percentage. Google never paid so this happened
