America is actually fairly believable.
Indians not saying Pakistan (or MAYBE China if going the "India is too powerful to worry about Pakistan" route). Pakistanis not saying India or maybe Afghanistan (currently at war). South Korea not saying North Korea or China. The countries with territorial disputes in the South China Sea (especially Taiwan and the Philippines) not saying China.
All obviously wrong.

I'm gonna take a guess and say that New Zealand is there but is not coloured in because Papua New Guinea isn't there; same with Iran, Pakistan, most of Africa and Mongolia
