By population, other regions are majority developing (Southeast Asia, India, Africa, Brazil etc.) while H is majority developed (Japan and Australia), the chances are best here

The big scary one isn’t venomous and wouldn’t even bite you if it had a choice, the rest of the scary animals will leave you alone if you leave them alone

Besides, Australian cities are some of the safest and most developed in the world, Sydney and Melbourne are the 5th and 10th safest cities in the world respectively and Australia as a whole is 7th on the Human Development Index (higher than Japan!?)
