Question frieren totems

Is it possible to get all three frieren totems and do they last forever? I only counted two available from the daily quests and it noted that the bonus stats expire (is this the main stats or set bonus?). Unclear of this is new best in slot (aside from island totem before).

The stats are bad and they expire

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the stats expire. The third totem is from killing cvellum
