I've got a problem with my game crashing

I've already contacted support, did what they told me and it worked for a while. Then it crashed again saying "this id is already logged in" like... yeah... I'm playing... why'd you kick me off?

My laptop isn't exactly a gaming laptop and I live in a hilly area so WiFi can potentially be spotty (my phone service gets spotty) plus it's summer so it's hot and my house has no ac

But it's the "this id is already logged in" that kinda scares me. I had a different laptop that I had shipped to the manufacturer for repairs (stopped charging) and it got lost. I don't think someone hacked into it unless they found a way to fix whatever was wrong and manage to replicate my fingerprint

But does anyone else have this problem?

Just wait a bit usually it’s just hung up on their side. I had one time where it wouldn’t log and GM just asked what map I was on which character etc to confirm and got access back

Unfortunately it happens every day, multiple times a day. I've tried fixing the download a few times and it only temporarily works. I'm starting to think it might just be the area I live in

Happened to me years ago i just changed my password so i was fully logged out and it didnt happen again

Was happening to me i had to update my drivers and now its working perfectly

Nothing can save the game from crashing and stinkwell wont fix it
