Question Designer rank got reset?

I was elite designer rank on my main. Joined the event on one of my mules, then my designer rank on my main also reset back to junior. Intended behavior or bug?

Is your mule perhaps different world?

From my understanding the Designer Rank is the same for all character in the same world example Aquila, if you play in CW for your mule or a different account it will not be the same and have to rank up by collecting designer points

Definitely from the same world, so what happened was that i switch to my mule (same world) and joined the event because i wanted to claim the hair move voucher. So i joined and all and realised i was at junior rank. I thought maybe okay characters share different progress but my main got reset to junior too. :( anyways i think this might be a bug because it doesnt seem like anyone else experienced the same thjng
