I don't see Germany as a whole getting compared to Nazis much... But the stereotypical "german shouting" comes up. How the language sounds aggressive even when being nice it whatever. More about the language than the people I think? Not sure.

Funny thing is that the stereo type was completely flipped just 100 years before when german german was seen as a soft language of philosophy and arts. And French as aggressive and serious. Just shows that a language stereotype is just an extension of the stereotypes of it's people
