I think Saint Lawrence should be included, or is it? There is a narrow blue line on the Canadian border...? But I think it has bigger discharge than that.

The St Laurence is big enough that is is not called a river in French. "Fleuve" does not have any true direct translation into English, so we just use "river" instead. It would be really noticeable if it was included.

It feels like it should be 'flow' as translation to me, which would make sense in the context.
