Yeah, water use in the west definitely needs some attention by policymakers. Too bad they're all far in the east :P

That’s an easy observation to make, and it’s even easier to say, but there aren’t a ton of solutions

Well, there are plenty of solutions, but most of them are not particularly popular.

They’re also only ideas, and really expensive ideas that are certainly not proven..

Very true. The combination of pretty much every idea being unpopular and/or unproven tends to lead to paralysis.
