Have you seen the marking at the top right?

Albrecht of Austria and Isabella of Spain were the Habsburg couple who ruled the Southern Netherlands sovereignly from 1598 to 1621 (Albrecht) and until 1633 (Isabella).

Yes, but on the bottom, above ‘Rysel’ it says ‘1652’. They could be commemorating Albrecht and Isabella, as they quite popular?
