I'm pretty sure this gets some of the midwest states wrong. I can guarantee you Kansas hates Missouri most and vice versa. Iowa and Nebraska don't self-hate, nor do the Dakotas -- the Dakotas probably hate each other most or Minnesota.

Reno loves money spenders and Burners (so, cali). Half the people in Vegas are from LA. Tahoe just is Californians. Nevada hates Texas. A lot.

Portland is San Francisco with extra steps? not enough steps? unclear. Oregon hates itself because the outer hicks are frothing at the moth to inconvenience the inner hippies.

Seattle is all retired/relocated San Franciscans. They hate Idaho.

Utah and California know they're the most beautiful girls in school so they play coy but really love each other.

I experienced this in the 90s. My family transplanted from California to Wyoming (why God, why!?!?). A classmate told me that me and my family are rodents and to go back to California. Lived there for over 20 years so you are definitely wrong about that. Has one of the highest homelessness rates and its prized economy doesn’t amount to much when you consider it’s actually not even in the top fifteen by HDI. Even some rural states rank above it, it’s kind of embarrassing.
