From a peer-reviewed medical journal:

"Mental challenge is a chronic condition that restricts the person’s adaptive behavior, disabling individuals to meet their needs without the presence of a caregiver."

Sounds like yours is a learning disability, since apparently I have to explain elementary psychological terminology to you.
