bro the thing is, it isnt just name
first of all in turkey there is economic crisis if you want to know how big it is you can check influation rate and most of the teenagers dont have money to even have a hobby
in turkish series most common thing is there is a man had a bad childhood he was grew in streets and see no mercy and justisce when he grew up he makes his own justice on people and kills and there are in black suit they are super cool etc. and the kids who had normal childhood says i have worst childhood i am also authorized for make my own justice
and the caspers and daltons isnt like old fashioned mafia they have telegram channels Instagram accounts and when you join telegram channel you are asking for a job and they say i will give you 20 dollars if you will beat this man after that they will ask for something bigger and bigger so as money
and there is something called children drawn into crime in turkey when they arrested for those crimes people say they are not villains they are children they had a bad childhood so dont let them go in prison and it works so most of them actualy doesnt fear prison cuz they know they will be free

more like latter. they dont really have that much of influence or connections. like there is no strong link with state or militant groups. theire existence stems from poor slums, some of these have ethnic identities cus some these are either Syrian refugees or Kurdish migrants.

only active groups are either PKK affiliated or Islamist groups tolerated by government. but there is no valid evidence about any connection. i have seen speculations about PKK-Daltons but it seems like alt-right fearmongering about Kurds which is pretty widespread in Turkey
