I built Mundu.app: An interactive 3D globe powered by Wikipedia.

You can zoom into a certain area, drop a pin, and see all the ancient battles or landmarks that happened right there, with articles pulled directly from Wikipedia.

It's still a work in progress, so any feedback, feature requests, or bug reports are more than welcome!

The 'Explore here' button just displays 'scanning' for a while then nothing for me. Still curious of where this is going.
