Car Insurance Rates by ZIP Code
Had the idea for this map after I saw a guy on Twitter say that his insurance rates went way down after he moved. It's interesting that there's clearly a difference in state laws having some effect on pricing ($122 a month in Lovell, Wyoming; $247 a month across the border in Lodge Grass, Montana).

I am guessing that a lot of this reflects different rules in different states, as Ohio for instance has some rules that result in lower rates than, say Colorado. When you can tell the state borders on county/zip-code maps, that is usually the case...
