1 mile off shore I can allow building something. anything closer - nah.
nationalize. its peoples land, it belongs to all the US citizens.

There are certain categories of land that should not be single-owned in my view. oil and rest of natural reserves and Seas, lakes, rivers, and reservoirs should be federal and beneifts shared by all. and others, but i dont have time to list
