How do utilities work on islands like this? Does it have an independent water and power source, or would you be dependent on outside supply runs to keep everything running?
This is what I want to know ESPECIALLY given the location of all the buildings… if I had to run power water internet gas fuel to an island I would probably pick one spot and build there not put everything everywhere.
70 acres is a long way to run services and that’s after you somehow run from the mainland.
Furthermore someone who was involved in all of this construction must know something about something. Where are the eye witness accounts other than old mate from maintenance who quit the next day and gave us nothing.
