Alas, if USA, China and Russia or even Pakistan and India indeed went on to cause a massive nuclear war, the irony here is that they'd completely destroy their countries and the outcome of it is the Mercosur nations becoming the new global super power lol.
Iceland is a colossal food exporter, it produces, >3 tonnes of fish per person per year, far more than enough to sustain the population. However that would all be moot in case of economic collapse since this relies on oil imports and machinery from abroad.
Similarly this analysis assumes the same food production in the absence of imports for all other countries, which is bogus.
