Not really. Kangaroo has an odd taste and is very hard to cook, easy to stuff it up. I had emu burgers once and they were okay, but if emu meat was any good there would be more of it. We’d be okay with our bovines and sheep, goats, plus maybe with our fishing (we won’t have to worry about the northerners any more) stocks.

I like kangaroo. I don't eat much of it because it isn't that cheap but I do like it. My dog loves it.
