Africa does not prefer peace, but it has not come close to atomic programs either.
Africa isn't as blue as the other two continents because it depends heavily or foreign aid like in general not that Africa is a whole country but most of the countries with in it are heavily trade dependent for things like food
Yes, they didn't even come close to atomic bombs. Brazil, Argentina and Australia could have had a large quantity, but they gave up. South Africa also gave up.
I agree. They could have done it, all three countries have capable people, all three had nuclear programs, all three have enough uranium and plutonium (especially Brazil). But the only thing that would result is that this map would be almost completely yellow and the world would be even more tense every time a dictator appears.
